The Australian reality show began back in 2015 and captivated audiences, including in the UK.

Despite most of the couples from the experiment going their separate ways since their time on MAFS, several have remained together.

Season 12 of MAFS Australia begins in the UK on Monday (March 3) and to mark the start of the new series, 9Now has rounded up all the couples from the show’s history that are still together.

Which MAFS Australia couples are still together?

Tori Adams and Jack Dunkley (season 11)

Despite having “one of the most controversial relationships in MAFS history”, Jack and Tori (from season 11) are still together and boast a “stable, healthy and normal” relationship.

The pair faced controversy in most weeks of the experiment, mainly revolving around Jack’s behaviour.

9Now explained: “In week one they faced rumours surrounding Jack’s ex-girlfriend, then there was the ‘muzzle’ comment, followed by a ‘whale’ comment, not to mention the constant question of Jack’s sexual attraction to Tori.”

Since leaving the show the couple have moved in together on the Gold Coast.

Jade Pywell and Ridge Barredo (season 11)

Another couple from season 11 that are still together is Jade and Ridge.

Jade had her reservations about Ridge’s readiness to take on being a step-father and moving interstate.

But since the season 11 reunion Ridge, a psychiatric nurse from New South Wales, has made the move to Jade’s hometown on the Gold Coast.

The pair now live together on the Gold Coast with Jade’s daughter.

Ridge, to confirm his commitment even further, has also had Jade’s name tattooed on his body.

Ellie Dix and Jonathan McCullough (season 11)

Ellie Dix and Jonathan (Jono) McCullough started season 11 of MAFS Australia with different partners.

Jono was coupled up with Lauren Dunn, while Ellie was partnered with Ben Walters.

However, those relationships didn’t work out and in a massive twist the two walked into the season 11 Dinner Party Reunion hand-in-hand.

Since the end of the series Jono and Ellie have moved in together on the Gold Coast and also started a business.

Evelyn Ellis and Duncan James (season 10)

All of the couples from season 10 have split, according to 9Now.

However, Duncan James and Evelyn Ellis who, like Ellie and Jono, weren’t initially matched together are in relationship and are “happier than ever”.

Kerry Knight and Johnny Balbuziente (season 8)

Despite only joining the experiment at the halfway mark of season 8, Kerry and Johnny enjoyed an “epic romance” on the show.

The couple tied the knot, in real life, in 2023 before a year later (June 2024) welcoming their first child – Chloe.

Bryce Ruthven and Melissa Rawson (season 8)

Melissa Rawson and Bryce Ruthven were one of the more controversial couples from MAFS and were involved in plenty of drama during Season 8.

Despite that, the pair confirmed they wanted to stay together at their Final Vows.

Since then, Melissa and Bryce have gone on to officially tie the knot (in 2023) and are now the proud parents of twins Levi and Tate (born in 2021).

Martha Kalifatidis and Michael Brunelli (season 6)

Martha Kalifatidis and Michael Brunelli are one of the “most beloved couples” in MAFS Australia history, according to 9Now.

Since their time on MAFS, during season 6, the pair have officially tied the knot and also had a son – Lucius, who was born in February 2023.

Jules Robinson and Cameron Merchant (season 6)

“When it comes to true love, it’s hard not to think of Cam Merchant and Jules Robinson,” 9Now said.

The Season 6 couple made history in a few ways.

It started with Cam proposing at the Final Vows, then the pair became the first MAFS couple to get married for real (in 2019).

Since then the pair have welcomed two children – Ollie and Carter.

Erin Bateman and Bryce Mohr have remined together since season 2 of MAFS Australia, which aired all the way back in 2016, making them the  longest-lasting couple from the experiment.

9Now added: “The couple have stepped away from the spotlight since their time on the show and now keep the details of their relationship relatively quiet.”

Season 12 of Married at First Sight Australia begins on E4 and Channel4.com on Monday, March 3 at 9pm.
