At NFL commissioner Roger Goodell’s annual news conference, he addressed the league’s diversity hiring practices, the expansion of the regular season and the possibility of placing a team outside of the United States. He also said the league has made improvements on player safety, including what he says is a reduction in one of the most common and serious injuries to players.
