Woman ends life at husband’s grave
Nizambad: A woman committed suicide at her husband’s graveyard at Nagaram in Nizamabad. The deceased is identified as Padma. She had resorted to an extreme step by hanging to the tree near grave on Saturday night and body was found on Sunday.
According to police, Babu of Nagaram area died due to health problems 9 months ago. Since then, Babu’s wife Padma went depression and committed suicide. The couple is survived by three children. The Nagaram residents noticed the lying body of Padma near the graveyard and informed the police.
The V town police rushed to the spot and shifted the body for post-mortem at Government General Hospital. Police registered a case and are investigating. A pal of gloom descended at Nagaram area over the death of Padma after her husband’s death.
